29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2): Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings on all open sides: (a) NOAA Alaska Fisheries at 2032 S.E. OSU Drive Newport, OR; On or about July 31, 2019 and time prior; RSF Bldg. 951, Room 160: Employees were storing empty fish boxes and other items on the roof of the Quarantine Laboratory, and there was not a guardrail system to prevent employees from falling 9.5 feet to a concrete floor.
