Ridges Blvd. Grand Junction, CO 81507: On or before 8/1/19 the creating, correcting and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the tubular welded scaffold were working on sections that were not fully supported by appropriate mud sills. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards. (b) ASCO Masonry, Inc at 388 W. Ridges Blvd. Grand Junction, CO 81507: On or before 8/1/19 the creating, correcting and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the tubular welded scaffold were working on sections that were elevated and supported by wooden scaffold planning and were not secure. This condition exposed employees to fall and struck by hazards.
