On or about August 2, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the Kill Room, as the Exit sign was not illuminated. b) South wall of the Kill Room. On or about August 2, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the Kill Room, as the Exit sign was not illuminated. c) West end of the break room. On or about August 2, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the breadroom, as the Exit sign was not illuminated.
