Butte Toyota: On or about July 25, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemicals hazards while utilizing unlabeled bottles of chemicals including, but not limited to, waste oil, sodium hydroxide (degreaser), while performing maintenance and cleaning operations.
