Previous violation: The employer, Aurelio Becerril, was previously cited for a violation of the OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1196808, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on March 8, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 14400 Overcreek Pass, Little Rock, AR 72223.
