29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 8/1/19 at a renovation project located at 23-25 N Main Street, Wellsville, New York; employees were using 2nd and 3rd floor windows as hoist areas and debris removal points. The guard rails were removed from the windows and not immediately replaced after the debris receptacle was removed. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
