29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about 7/31/2019, at 5600 Coral Ridge Drive Coral Springs, FL; employees were engaged in installing plywood on a scaffold at approximately 15 feet above ground level with no guardrails, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
