29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a residential construction site located at 10412 E 65th St Raytown, MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards when working on a roof at a height approximately 9 feet from the ground.  The employees were not protected from falling by any means of fall protection.  1) K & S Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1371276, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 117 NW Carson, Lees Summit, MO 64081.  2) K & S Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1318455, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/03/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11220 Liberty Drive, Liberty, MO 64068.
