29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about July 31, 2019, in a wooded area on Bailey Cemetary Road in Clarksville, Florida, an employee sustained an in-patient hospitalization type injury that was not reported to OSHA until August 2, 2019, which was beyond the 24 hour reporting requirement.
