29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 681 Pinehurst Rd. / CR 539, New Egypt, NJ: On or about August 5, 2019 a G. Davis Cable Inc. employee was working from the elevated platform of a bucket truck aerial lift. The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to a fall hazard from the basket to the ground below.
