29 CFR 1926.21(b)(3): Employees required to handle or use poisons, caustics, and other harmful substances were not instructed regarding the safe handling and use, and were not made aware of the potential hazards, personal hygiene, and personal protective measures required. On or about May 1st, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were not trained on the safe handling and use, potential hazards, or personal hygiene measures relevant to the chemicals they worked with, exposing employees to the hazard of contact with hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to Portland cement.

29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): Adequate washing facilities were not provided for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants might have been harmful to the employees: On or about May 1st, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees working with wet Portland Cement were not provided with soap with which to wash their skin, exposing employees to the hazard of dermal exposure to Portland Cement.
