29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) On or about July 31, 2019, at the east and west side of bld. 4413, the three level scaffold used by employees of Dacar Construction LLC to do stucco work was missing base plates and mudsills at different vertical components, exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
