29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 42 Park Beach Dr., Lot 24 Parks Edge, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about August 6, 2019 and at time prior; the employer allowed his employees performing framing activities to work without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 25 feet to the ground below.  THE ENRIQUE JIMENEZ DBA ENRIQUE JIMENEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1402378, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, GROUP A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 2, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 23902 CYPRESS GROVE, LOT 34 CYPRESS VILLAGE, ORANGE BEACH, ALABAMA.
