29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 24637 Seattle Slew Way, Lot 48 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about October 15, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured 12 inches wide and not 18 inches wide as required by the regulations exposing his employees to a fall of up to 18 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
