The turning table had a gap between the table and the side border protector, the small gap was a pinch point while the table was spinning, occurred on or about 07/28/2019.     Taylor Farms New Jersey Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1065328, citation number 1, item number 5, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/08/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 406 Heron Drive, Suite A, Swedesboro NJ 08085.
