29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) The employer is failing to ensure that employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof were utilizing fall protection. This was most recently documented on August 08, 2019 on a jobsite located at or near 6500 Whitefish Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. An employee was installing plywood sheathing on a residential roof without fall protection. The roof has an approximately 7:12 pitch and the eve to ground distance is approximately 10 feet.
