Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) Worksite: On or about 8/7/2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a six story commercial building with unguarded open edges and no means of fall protection.
