The electrical disconnect and circuit breaker boxes in Fab 1 shop that were blocked by extension cords, welding cords, Miller and Lincoln Electric welders, handheld radial Skilsaw, a green jacket obstructing a knife switch, pieces of metals, metal pole, clamping tools, fans, and pieces of wooden blocks.   b. The electrical disconnect and circuit breaker boxes in Fab 2 shop on the west wall were blocked by a pallet jack, trash buckets, pieces of wood, argon cylinder, shovel, and metal welding table.
