29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 7/31/19, at the Sardis Falls subdivision, Lot #197, Buford Ga, employees were exposed to 2nd story falls as they performed framing activities without the use of fall protection. The employer was not performing site safety inspections so as to identify and eliminate safety and health hazards at the site, including fall hazards.
