29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: a) On or about August 7, 2019, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 12 feet from an upper roof deck to a lower roof deck when a safety monitor had other responsibilities while he and other employees performed roof work along the roof edge. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violations
