29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. On or about August 6, 2019, employees were working in the stock room re-packaging merchandise. Merchandise and packing material were scattered on the floor around the employees where they were working. Employees were exposed to a tripping hazard.
