29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Ladder(s) were used on slippery surfaces without properly secured or provided with slip-resistant feet to prevent accidental displacement: Worksite: The 17-foot aluminum extension ladder from which an employee was performing painting operations was set up on the surface of the floor without being appropriately secured to prevent the ladder from displacement. On or about August 6, 2019, the above ladder was displaced while the employee was performing the above task, and the employee fell approximately 6 feet off the ladder and sustained an injury to the right ankle.
