Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  On or about August 8, 2019, the passageway between the Power Center and Retail Receiving section of the Kitz & Pfeil Ace Hardware location in Menasha, WI was not maintained in good repair and created tipping hazards and stuck-by hazards from falling loads.
