Instance #1: Panel 4-19A-2 (2-26-2) Located in dry storage area of Building 4. Instance #2: Panel 4-4-3 Room 4 (4-40A-2) Located hall way. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
