29 CFR 1904.32(a)(3): The employer did not certify an OSHA 300A Form or equivalent. (a) Date of Violation: On or about 08-07-2019 and times prior thereto located at the U.S. Department of Justice - Drug Enforcement Agency Roanoke Resident Office, 105 Franklin Rd. Suite 200 Roanoke, VA 24011, the employer, at the end of each calendar year, as specified in 29 CFR 1904.32 (a) Basic Requirement, did not certify the OSHA 300 Annual Summary. Upon request after inspection, the employer produced OSHA annual summaries for 2016, 2017, and 2018 that were all signed and dated August 7th, 2019 Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Suite 200 Roanoke, VA 24011, the employer, upon request from a Federal OSHA Compliance Officer, did not provide OSHA 300 logs within four (4) hours. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
