29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons were not adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available: (a) On or about July 31, 2019, a Postal Service supervisor prevented a City Carrier Assistant from receiving first aid after experiencing illness while delivering her route.
