29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 1) McDonald's in Peachtree City: On or about August 8, 2019, two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet while working from a "Sky Power" aerial lift truck (boom lift) to install siding, in that, the employer did not provide and ensure the use of fall protection.
