29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: (a) Lengacher's Framing & Finishing, LLC, on or about August 8th, 2019, at the location of 7034 Addison Place, Toledo, OH, 43617: An employee performing residential sheeting work was using the sheeting material stacked on the forks of the JLG fork-lift as a temporary work platform without ensuring the platform was appropriately attached to the forks. The employee was exposed to potential fall hazards of approximately 9 feet without fall protection.
