29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million (ppm):  a)  3968 Washington Street, Scio, NY, locker room, shower room - On or about 07/19/2019, as a result exhaust emission from a propane-fueled floor saw being operated indoors, an employee (calculation S36295) was exposed to carbon monoxide (CO) during a 105 minute occupational exposure at a mean calculated 846.5 ppm CO level (SAE = 0.185). The %COHb in the employee's blood reached a calculated peak level of 55.2%. Atmospheric pressure, height, weight, activity levels, tobacco smoking behavior, and other factors were taken into account. The 8-hour TWA exposure was 185.2 ppm CO (SAE = 0.182), which is 3.70 times the OSHA PEL of 50 ppm CO.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
