29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Ulises Cervantes, Gainesville, GA - On or about 08/08/2019 at The Mill at New Holland, 1000 New Holland Way, Gainesville, GA, 30501, employees were observed exposed to fall hazards while performing roofing operations at a height of 30 feet from the ground level and 9 feet from the lower level. Employees were not wearing proper use of fall protection systems.
