29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): The employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of ACM waste and/or debris and accompanying dust: A) In the break room of the Wallingford Post Office, the floor tiles which contained asbestos, were damaged from a water leak, and had separated breaking the wax seal that was encapsulating the tiles.
