(a) New residential construction located on Lot #88, Roof: On or about 08/09/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that employees were not provided with protective eyewear while operating these tools at 120 PSI engaged in plywood sheathing activities.   Jorge Marquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1063553, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/07/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4261 Tacoma Trace, Suwanee, GA.
