29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7): The alternative method in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers did not identify the container to which it is applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6) a) Production area: On or about August 8, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the mixing tank label information was not provided to employees that are mixing products, such as, but not limited to, 793 HP Scarlet, and All-Pro 901 White.
