Lamps, used for temporary lighting, were hanging at 5 feet 10 inches high and lacked the protector cages; not protected from accidental contact or breakage. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers: a) On or about 8/7/19, at the first floor area of the site, Niagara Falls, NY. Holes, of 12-inch wide; 5-inch deep, were covered by plywood boards that were loosely placed and not overlapped, this resulted in gapping holes between plywood boards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
