29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:    a) Printing Press Department- On August 23, 2019, the employer did not ensure that all secondary containers of hazardous chemicals in the workplace were labeled with the identity of the chemical and the information regarding the physical and health hazards of the chemicals contained therein, including secondary containers of Bottcherin Offset 4050 Water Miscible Blanket & Roller Wash and 7666 MRC-ALT Very Fast Drying Pipe & Metering Roller, Back Cylinder Cleaner.      Hazardous chemicals in these containers include, but are not limited to Hydrotreated Heavy Naptha, Solvent Naphtha, Cyclohexene, 1-Methyl-4(1-Methylethenyl), heptane, acetone, and isopropanol.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
