29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. a) Jobsite, 245 Hope Street, Carnegie, PA: On or about August 8, 2019, the employer did not provide the OSHA logs to the OSHA Representative within four hours of being requested during a follow up inspection. Federouch Landscape Supply was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1396886, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 245 Hope Street, Carnegie, PA 15016.
