29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) 1436 S. Front St., Philadelphia, PA 19147 - The employer permitted an employee to operate a Pettibone Model No. 10044 telehandler powered industrial truck in proximity of energized, unguarded, 13.2-kV electrical conductors, thus exposing the employee to electric shock hazards. This condition was observed on August 3, 2019.
