29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)  On or about 08/06/19, at the Wentworth Park Community, located at 1548 Rosa Circle, in Webster, New York, employees working on an elevated platform 12 feet above ground level were exposed to open sides without the use of fall protection.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:  a) On or about 08/09/19, the employer did not report a fall incident which occurred on 08/06/19 to employees while installing wall units on a residential unit 12 feet above ground level resulting in their in-patient hospitalization.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
