29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) On or about August 12, 2019, employees working in the warehouse area were exposed to a tripping hazard in that tape used to mark the floors is bunching up and protruding approximately 2 inches up off of the walking working surface.
