29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: On or about July 29, 2019, the employer failed to ensure employees were trained on fire extinguishers. Employees were told to evacuate in the event of a fire, but not trained on the provisions of the plan.
