29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 31722 Raven Court, Lot 420 Stonebridge, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about August 13, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet I inch to the ground below.   THE PEDRO PUENTE DBA PEDRO PUENTE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1401221, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, GROUP A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 7, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12275 LONE EAGLE DR., LOT 49 OSPREY RIDGE, SPANISH FORT,  ALABAMA.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  At 31722 Raven Court, Lot 420 Stonebridge, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about August 13, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use an a-frame ladder to gain access to the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 8 feet 10 inches to the ground below.
