29 CFR 1926.1413(c)(2): The employer did not ensure a qualified person inspected all wire ropes annually in accordance with 1413(a) of this section: On or about 08/13/2019, Subsurface Contractors, Inc. at a job site located at 915 S. Kirkwood Road, Kirkwood, MO, had had their 109 drill rig and related hoisting system operating without having its wire ropes inspected within the required 12 month period. The last inspection was dated 6/26/2018 through 6/27/2018.
