29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof Level - An employee was standing at the edge while hoisting an air conditioning unit and exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard, on or about 08/13/2019. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
