29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition). Location: 450 Cape May Rd, Harrison, NJ. a) Employer did not provide a flagman while employees used a rough terrain/telehandler to dump debris into a garbage dumpster located adjacent to the site at a street level. The street had moderate vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Employees were exposed to a potential struck-by hazard when collecting and disposing of the debris at the street; on or about 5/13/19.
