29 CFR 1910.95(i)(4): The employer did not provide training in the use and care of all hearing protectors provided to employees: a). On or about 8/14/19, on site, for employees operating the Baler (BE Equipment, Inc. Philadelphia Tramrail Company Serial No. 2300HD). Employees voluntarily don Soft Fit Foam Earplugs and Northern Safety Ear Muffs while operating the baler 1-2 times a day for a few seconds. The employer did not provide training on use and care of earplugs.
