On or about August 13, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not maintain an accident prevention program to comply with the regulations of this part which included, but were not limited to employee protection when exposed to hazards related to residential construction.  The Tenezaca Construction 1 Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342309, citation number 1, item number 1A and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8204 - 8226 Millbank Dr., Orland Park, IL.

On or about August 13, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns while performing roofing operations did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.  The Tenezaca Construction 1 Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342309, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8204 - 8226 Millbank Dr., Orland Park, IL.

On or about August 13, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet, above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about August 13, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, fifteen (15) feet, above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
