On or about July 15, 2019, at 194 SW Islewood Avenue, WESTON, FL, 33326, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 14 feet to ground level while conducting work on a roof of a newly constructed home with a 4:12 slope and not using any means of conventional fall protection.
