29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 18172 South Section Street Bldg. 6500 / 6800 / 6700 / 7000 Old Battles Place, Fairhope, Alabama: On or about August 14, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 2 inches to the ground below. THE RENATO AMADOR DNBA RENATO AMADOR WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1410612, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, GROUP A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 28, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 18172 SOUTH SECTION ST., BLDG 4700 / 4701 / 4702 / 470, OLD BATTLES PLACE APARTMENTS, FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA.
