Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 08/09/2019, at the jobsite at 9990 Gravois Rd., Affton, MO, workers were observed on top of the commercial roof, approximately 7' 9" eave to ground level, actively replacing roof and were not protected from falling.
