29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 203 Skyler Court, Lot 25.11 - Block 802.01, Tabernacle NJ: Workers, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below when performing sheathing installation and other related activities while working and walking from the pitched roof of a residential structure. Condition observed on or about 08/14/19.
